Our Quality Plan ensures that the Company has sufficient resources for all phases of the works to meet the scope of the contract and that the monitoring of service quality is undertaken in compliance with the requirements of the Butler & Young Lift Consultants Ltd Total Quality Management System. This lays down Management and Contract Review procedures, Design Control and Review procedures, all of which are monitored by the internal Butler & Young Lift Consultants Ltd Total Quality Manager and are subject to external audits by the Third Party Certification Authority.
